James Norris
James started promoting various London clubbing events at the humble age of 17. As with most people passionate about dance music he soon became a DJ and ran a number of his own nights. His two seasons in Ibiza helped soften his ear from his hard dance, trance and techno roots. James asked Ed to play the Saxophone over Tim Deluxe’s ˜
Less Talk more action” on his 21st Birthday which was soon led to the formation of the SMBDJs. James has a good grounding in technology and the arts. Furthermore he is continually looking for new hardware & software in order to push and blur the boundaries between dance music, technology and performance.
